The passion for creativity in land development and home building flows in the Colen blood. Kenneth Colen, Sidney’s son, never left his side as he grew up in the business and has led On Top of the World Communities since 1981, currently serving as President of all operations. Today, On Top of the World remains the oldest, privately owned land developer in the state of Florida.

There are several neighborhoods inside the gates at OTOW.  Homes offered for sale include re-sales and new construction.  For those interested in building a new construction home there are 2 choices.  This builder is always working on constructing MIR (move in ready new construction) and also offers TBB (to be built new construction).  To be built allows owners to choose their desired lot, choose their floorplan, and are also able to make some structural changes along with designing the interior.
